Altius is a Latin word for Higher. It is one of the three words that form the Olympic motto Citius, Altius, Fortius (Latin for Faster, Higher, Stronger). It was formed in March 2016 with the idea of elevating people’s way of living by coaching them and unleashing their minds and hearts.
The hearth of Altius is to contribute to the well-being of individuals in their personal and professional lives. This is done by facilitating the transformation of thinking and emoting of individuals to make them better leaders in their companies and in society. The molding of cognitive thinking may include limiting and self-sabotaging beliefs, esteem issues that impact one’s leadership negatively, transitioning a day-to-day manager to being a more strategic and visionary leader, and bridging the knowing-doing gap to create more aligned and fully integrated leaders.

Designed for top leaders to capture blind spots and in the moment feedback to elevate their awareness of selves and their impact, to make them more inspiring and increase their influence to their organization.
Creating a Coaching Culture
A series of trainings and benchmarking by a group of internationally licensed coaches to develop high caliber in-house coaches and monitor their progress over a period of time.
Mental Health Program
A combination of talks, workshops, individual and group facilitation to create an environment of emotional safety in the workplace. Topics include Increasing Emotional Intelligence, Resilience Workshops, Mindfulness Workshops, Handling Emotions, and many more.
Meet Sheila
Sheila Tan is the lead coach and trainer. She is currently the Sales Capability Leader of Procter & Gamble Philippines. She has been doing professional coaching since 2013 and conducts public and corporate workshops on self-management, leadership, coaching, and selling. She is also the co-founder of Flourish Circle, an NGO that provides a community-based solution for transforming people’s mental health problems. She also writes for Cosmopolitan Philippines.
Noel is a resource speaker, trainer, consultant, therapist, spiritual director, and program developer. He is co-founder of the Flourish Circle, a community-based and peer-facilitated program for mental well-being. He is currently developing an integrative approach to personal and professional coaching called “The COR Model.”
